Business Development Manager
BoxPower is seeking a motivated individual for its business development team to assist in lead generation and conversion.
- Bring projects from first contact through energy audit to contract closing efficiently and effectively
- Building relationships with leading electric utility, telecom, and commercial customers for large portfolios of microgrids/standalone power systems
- Qualify inbound leads and pitch potential clients on BoxPower products and services
- Building and managing channel relationships
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
- Represent BoxPower products and services at industry events (virtual and in-person)
- Proven success in sales or similar job function
- Time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Energy industry experience (preferred)
- Proficient in English
- Grass Valley, CA or remote
- 10-20% travel
