Project Manager (Project Development)
The Project Manager (Development) will interface with the project development group and Engineering in support of their efforts in the design and development of new projects. Analyze potential projects sites for design, permitting and constructability issues. Support Sales efforts in resolving client questions and site requirements. Begin the site development process.
Responsibilities
Assist Sales in project development and design.
Analyze new projects for constructibility and assist in preliminary site engineering.
Layout the permitting processes required for the site to be developed.
Project permitting, including Planning, Environmental, Civil, NEPA, CEQA, AQMD, Fire and others.
Manage front end site engineering and design with the outside site engineering and design firms.
Coordinate site survey and Geotechnical work.
Participate in new project bid walks.
Skills
Construction/Development Project Management experience.
Energy development experience.
Land control, easements, title reports, and land development.
Knowledge of environmental and jurisdictional permit requirements.
Green field project development experience and all requirements to develop permit and build a project.
Good people skills and the ability to work with new clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Technical/Electrical background a plus.

$115-$120k per year depending on experience
