Managed fleet uptime
Total downtime across five years
BoxPower operates the systems it deploys, providing remote monitoring, dispatch, and maintenance services that treat your installation as part of a managed fleet.
This is the same operating discipline that produced BoxPower's 99.99%+ uptime track record across our managed fleet: 10 systems, 5 system-years of operation. Whether your system is serving backup power at a utility substation or primary power at a remote tribal site, BoxPower's O&M program keeps it running. With engagement tiers and à la carte options, you can select the services that fit your needs.

Reporting and Maintenance Made Simple
PG&E operates its remote grid fleet as utility-owned, primary power infrastructure — and holds BoxPower contractually accountable for it. Since 2021, BoxPower has deployed and operated nine PG&E systems, with nine more in development, sustaining 99.99%+ uptime across the managed fleet.
