Most recently, she served as COO & CFO of Liminal Insights, a venture-backed Series A AI / hard-tech company, where she led multi-channel fundraising and built the financial, operational, and go-to-market infrastructure required to support rapid enterprise growth. Minhye also brings relevant energy-sector operating experience from Volta Charging, where she led finance, reporting, governance, M&A diligence, integration planning, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
