Rithy is a Technical Subject Matter Expert in electrical power, with experience in microgrids, BESS, energy storage, renewables, EV, and power systems. Rithy has held leadership roles such as Director of Engineering, Head of Electrical Engineering, and Project Manager, successfully managing complex and high-pressure projects worldwide. Rithy has grown and developed teams, creating strong organizational culture, and has a diverse background working with electrical utilities, developers, EPCs, and consultants. Key positions include Director of Engineering at BoxPower, Consultant at Electrify America, and Sr. Electrical Engineer at Core States Energy with additional time at Southern California Edison. Rithy holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, and a Professional Engineer license (License #21224 from California Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists).
