BoxPower is seeking a motivated individual for its product engineering team.
Duties
- Design electrical systems and controls for standalone power systems and microgrids
- Research codes and keep designs compliant
- Obtain UL certification for products
- Develop manuals and design documents for manufacturing
- Commission electrical systems in house and in field
- Working with the rest of the engineering team to design full integrations
- Coordinate with production, and project teams for deployment of systems
- Structuring pricing for products
Experience/Skills
- Controls design experience
- Protective design experience (SEL)
- AutoCAD proficient
- Proven success in product engineering
- Time management and planning skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Microgrid industry experience
- Proficient in English

Compensation
- $70-125k: experience dependent
